Terms of Service

1. Seller

These terms govern the services provided by [RAISON SOCIALE LLC], a limited liability company registered in the State of [ÉTAT], located at [ADRESSE LLC] ("Aeko"). Contact: contact@agence-aeko.com, +33 6 05 40 90 77.

2. Service

Aeko provides full management of the client's social media, with Instagram included in every plan and LinkedIn and YouTube available as add-ons on quote, as described on the home page: Instagram Reels (4 to 7 per week depending on the plan), daily Stories, monthly strategy and planning one week ahead, shoot direction at every session, profile makeover at kickoff, ongoing publishing and community management, a dedicated head of content, a client portal for approvals with feedback within 48 h, and weekly or bi-weekly reporting.

Optional add-ons (LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta ads, sales video, website or sales funnel, extra volume) are quoted separately.

3. Price and payment

The service is billed as a monthly flat fee, quoted after a call, in euros or US dollars, payable in advance each month.

First month: a 50% deposit is due at kickoff, and the balance at the end of the month.

The ad budget is paid directly to Meta by the client. Any on-site videographer is at the client's expense.

4. Client obligations

The client provides the necessary access and assets, films the content, and approves scripts and edits within 48 hours.

5. Ownership

Rights to the content produced are transferred to the client once full payment has been received. Aeko may show this content in its portfolio.

6. No guaranteed results

Aeko does not guarantee any result in views, followers or engagement.

7. Liability

Aeko's liability is limited to the amounts invoiced over the last three months.

8. Confidentiality and files

Aeko keeps the client's information confidential for two years after the end of the contract. Source files are kept for three months.

9. Term

The contract runs for one month and renews automatically, with no minimum term. Cancellation terms are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [ÉTAT].
